1: Burrata with grilled peaches

Ingredients :

  • 2 peaches, cut into 8 wedges each
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 burrata of 225 g
  • 1 C. tablespoon of honey
  • 1/4 tsp. teaspoon of Espelette pepper
  • Arugula leaves, to taste
  • Fleur de sel, to taste
  • Toasted slices of bread, to taste

1) Brush the peach quarters with olive oil.

2) Grill the peaches on both sides, in a pan or on the barbecue, until heated through, about 5 minutes.

3) Place the burrata on a serving plate and cut it in half. Add the peaches and salad. Season with a mixture of oil, vinegar and honey.

4) Add the Espelette pepper, a pinch of fleur de sel and pepper.

5) Serve with toasted bread.

2: Savory chorizo ​​and sun-dried tomato cookies

Ingredients :

  • Flour 75g
  • Chorizo ​​20g
  • Tomatoes 50g
  • Grated Parmesan 30g
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 40g
  • Almond powder 1c. soup
  • Dried oregano 2tbsp. soup
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • 1 pinch of salt

1) Preheat the oven to 210°c

2) Cut the chorizo ​​into small pieces

3) Drain and cut the dried tomatoes into small cubes

4) Mix the flour, yeast, salt, almond powder and dried oregano in a salad bowl

5) Add the chorizo, dried tomatoes, parmesan, egg and melted butter then mix well until you obtain a smooth paste.

6) Line a baking tray with baking paper

7) Form the cookies on the baking tray then place them in the oven

8) Bake for 10 minutes until they turn golden

3: Samosas with candied beets and feta

Ingredients :

  • 75g of Feta
  • 1 new onion
  • honey soup
  • 5 sprigs of thyme
  • 3g melted butter
  • Parsley
  • 3 Brick sheet
  • 1 cooked red beet

1) Wash and slice the onions.

2) Cut the cooked beets into small cubes

3) Crumble the feta in a salad bowl

4) Add the beets, onions, chopped thyme and chopped parsley

5) Mix well then pour in the honey and a little olive oil to bind the preparation

6) Season with salt and pepper

7) Preheat the oven to 200°C

8) Cut each sheet of brick into a semi-circle

9) Fill the brick sheets and fold them into a triangle to form samosas

10) Place the samosas in the oven for 10 minutes, after brushing them with melted butter
